Following nearly three years of research and development into coastal botanicals, this family of foragers and distillers released their Navy Strength gin, as a complete one off. Smoothness and complexity could not be compromised, despite the robustness of the distillate. A unique botanical blend, amplified by ageing in a single ancient vintage Madeira barrel, results in tiny batches of exquisite gin, with notes of Seville orange, caramel, umami and rich, rich juniper.
